Brooks Parker - Athlete Spotlight
DOVER, Del. – Brooks Parker was a nightmare for opposing tacklers while at Delmar. Now he is making a name for himself at the Division-I level with Delaware State.
The linebacker was overlooked by D-I schools following high school, and placed a bet on himself. He walked on to the Hornets and the rest is history.
